Two licences that actually match pump rooms
Most “pump uncle” sites only list booster. Fire pumps sit under a different workhead. AOT holds both:
- BCA CRS L1 ME12 — plumbing, gas piping & sanitary. Covers booster, transfer, sump and ejector water systems with PUB plumber WS16882018.
- BCA CRS L1 ME06 — fire prevention & protection systems. Covers hydrant, hose reel, jockey and sprinkler pump sets at L1 scale. Statutory PE/RP sign-off stays with your consultant where the Fire Code requires it.
