Annual tank inspection, not a wipe-down
Managing agents and MCSTs in Singapore need a licensed plumber to clean and sterilise potable water tanks, then send a water sample to the laboratory. AOT quotes rooftop domestic tanks and basement transfer tanks — including GRP multi-compartment tanks with more than one manhole.
We also repair leaking tank pipes, replace 100 mm float ball valves and gaskets, and test on completion. Confined-space work follows our bizSAFE Level 3 workplace safety system (valid until 7 September 2026).

Price is by survey. Send tank type, dimensions, number of units and manholes — we do not publish a from-price because access and volume change the job.
Lab water sample
Collect sample for laboratory testing on completion — the paperwork MCSTs and malls actually need.
Float valves & leaks
Replace float ball valves and gaskets, repair leaking tank pipes, inspect level sensors. Quoted extra.
