Why storage
Reliable hot water, not a lukewarm trickle
A storage water heater heats and holds hot water in an insulated tank. When you open the tap you get stored hot water at household pressure — better for showers, two bathrooms, and families who run out of hot water on an instant unit.
We survey the space, check the isolator and pipe size, then install or replace the unit. If you switched from an instant heater with a DC pump, we also check whether 15 mm pipes should be upsized and whether a small booster pump is needed.

Kitchen instant or compact storage under an already-fitted sink needs a survey first. Photos of the cabinet save a wasted trip.
HDB HIP / pipe upgrades
After HIP, some blocks still have undersized supply. We quote pipe upsizing (e.g. 15 to 22) and booster options with the heater job.

How much is storage water heater installation in Singapore?
Labour from S$280 for storage, S$180 for instant. Heater unit, extra piping and GST are separate. We confirm after seeing the site.
Storage or instant?
Choose storage when you want stable shower pressure and enough hot water for more than one point. Instant is smaller and cheaper to hang but can feel weak on low incoming pressure.
Can I buy my own heater?
Yes. We install customer-supplied units after we check the model fits the space and isolator. Survey first for under-sink kitchens.

Plumbing by PUB licensed plumber Lam Kien Choon WS16882018. Electrical by EMA-certified trades. Company BCA L1 ME01 / ME12. See licences.
