What does BCA Grade L1 mean for a small job?

L1 is the entry grade on BCA’s Contractors Registration System for that workhead. It is the registration many MCSTs and facilities managers look for when awarding aircon, fire and plumbing maintenance — not a claim that AOT is a Grade A builder.

Can one contractor cover aircon, fire and plumbing?

AOT holds all three workheads (ME01, ME06, ME12) at L1, plus a PUB licensed plumber (WS16882018) and EMA electrical. That is the point of the hub: one accountable team instead of three vendors.
