We do not invent PUB outcomes. Status is whatever PUB returns on the submission. If your job does not need a submission, we say so and quote the physical works only.

Sub water meter and water tank works

AOT also lodges paperwork for sub water meter installation and water tank jobs — two water-service jobs that day-job plumbing sites in Singapore often skip. We do not claim overnight dispatch. Hours are Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00, closed Sunday and public holidays. After-hours WhatsApp is for dispatch, not a 15-minute SLA.

Sub water meter: licensed plumber, PUB notification or POWS where required, and a simple schematic for commercial / F&B sites.
Water tank: communal or rooftop tank cleaning and inspection sit with a licensed plumber; we can combine the physical works with the PUB file.

How do I check PUB submission status?

PUB submissions are lodged by a licensed plumber through PUB’s online systems (including POWS). Ask your licensed plumber for the submission reference, then check status on PUB e-services or ask AOT to track it for you.

What is a POWS submission?

POWS is PUB’s professional / plumbing works submission route used by licensed plumbers for qualifying water service and sanitary works. A homeowner cannot lodge it without a licensed plumber.

Does a sub water meter need a PUB submission?

Many private or sub water meter jobs in Singapore need a licensed plumber and a PUB notification or POWS submission, plus a simple schematic. AOT lodges this under plumber Lam Kien Choon WS16882018. We quote the physical works separately from the submission.

Do water tank works need a licensed plumber?

Communal or rooftop water tank cleaning, inspection and related water-service works are licensed-plumber territory. AOT can combine tank works with the PUB paperwork. Hours are Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00, closed Sunday and public holidays.
