Long-tail jobs

• Add 13A point behind TV / in bomb shelter / for dryer or dishwasher
• Replace cracked socket, USB point, weatherproof outdoor point (load and RCCB apply)
• LED downlight, ceiling rose, wall lamp, dimmer, smart-switch retrofit (quote if hub needed)
• Ceiling fan install where the point already exists — new circuit is a different quote
• Water-heater isolator — often same visit as heater installation

If the DB keeps tripping when you add load, that is DB diagnosis, not another socket. Full unit: house rewiring.
